All rates are net in Euro. Group rates are valid for a minimum of 15 pax. Accommodation is in multi bedded rooms with some double/single rooms for teachers and drivers. 

 

Free 1 every 25 paying people 

City tax not included. It has to be paid on the spot.

Some hotels will ask for a deposit of about 10-20 Euro / pax 

 

Payment conditions:

If not fixed otherwise 30% payable at the moment of your booking and the rest of the payment within 15 days before the arrival of your group.

 

Cancellation policy:

If not fixed otherwise

 

1. 25% of the total amount if the cancellation occurs within 30 to 15 days before arrival

2. 50% of the total amount if the cancellation occurs within 14 to 10 days before arrival

3. 100% of the total amount if the cancellation occurs even later

 

Other:

JHRR may replace at any time, if necessary and owning to causes beyond control, the confirmed hotel with another, of course at the least with similar features in order to meet the reservation (hotel classification, location, services and quotation remain as in the initial request and confirmation). Every change will be communicated in due time.

 

Complaints must be communicated to the JHRR or to the hotel while staying in order to give us the possibility of intervention to solve the issue on the spot. Any complaints after the departure will not be taken into consideration.

 

JHRR will not accept any cancellation due to bad reviews on the internet. In such cases our cancellation policy (see above) will be applied.

1. During fairs, holidays and other special events rates are on request

2. For groups of 1 night a surcharge could be applied
